Business Cases
The following are examples representative of the types of problems Modern Contract can solve.
Availability of contracts
A small to medium sized company averages $400,000 in revenue each month from professional services consulting. The engagements are project based and detailed in a statement of work (SOW) that the company's sales team drafts, reviews, and sends to its clients for approval. The clients either (a) accept the SOW by signing it, (b) accept the SOW by emailing the sales person an approval, (c) accept the SOW by issuing a purchase order, or (d) send the SOW back for revisions.
